From the date of your initial purchase
Electrical Components
Heating elements and wiring against factory defects in materials and workmanship — US & Canada, authorized retailers.
Materials & Construction
Sewing and fabric defects repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
Battery & Charger
Power packs against factory defects, repaired or replaced under normal use within 90 days.
Open-box items
The product itself has been tested and deemed fully functional. "Open-box" may mean one of the following:
- Damaged packaging
- Discontinued version
- Unused returned item
If an open-box item is found defective within 15 days of purchase, Venture Heat will repair or replace it with another open-box item.
What's not covered
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear or natural material breakdown over time
- Alterations or attempted repairs, which void all warranties
- Commercial use, or products not purchased from an authorized Venture Heat dealer
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for products purchased directly from a Venture Heat dealer.
