Return Policy

Fall 2020 Update: Our operations may be limited during COVID-19 as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our employees and community. All returns authorized in accordance to our return policy are accepted, but please allow for an additional 10-14 days for returns processing.


We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for items in new condition. This means the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. We will not accept any returns postmarked after 30 days of purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.

Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Step 1: To begin the return process, visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number to begin this process. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid mailing label with step-by-step instructions on how to return your items. A discounted return label cost of $8.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund.

All eligible returns/exchanges must:
1. Be in a clean, unworn condition, and free of pet hair, cigarette smoke, or debris
2. Include Original Manufacturer Tag(s)
3. Include all original parts and accessories, such as batteries and cables
4. Must be returned within 30 days.

Returns that do not meet the above policies may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition.

Please keep a record of your tracking number. Venture Heat is not responsible for any shipments lost or damaged during transit. Venture Heat is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after delivery for processing.

Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your product from a third-party website or dealer, please contact them directly for assistance. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website.

Gift Recipients

We require an order number for all returns or exchanges. If you are a gift recipient, please reach out to the original purchaser for the order number. Please note only exchanges for size or color are accepted, as monetary refunds will be applied to the original purchaser's payment method.


We gladly support a 1 Year Warranty on all products purchased from an authorized Venture Heat dealer.

If you have a warranty request, please first submit a Warranty Request for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Submissions without a valid RMA# are not accepted. Venture Heat is not responsible for shipping costs associated with sending in your products for warranty repair/inspection, but will cover the cost of sending your warrantied product back to you.

All warranty replacement parts are issued on a case-by-case basis. Items where no defect is detected will be returned to you. Therefore, we recommend providing our team with detailed information about the exact nature of any defects. If an exact replacement of size and model is not available, a replacement of equal or better value will be issued.
