All returns authorized in accordance to our return policy are accepted, but please allow for an additional 10-14 days for returns processing.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for items in new condition. This means the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. We will not accept any returns postmarked after 30 days of purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Step 1: To begin the return process, visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number to begin this process. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid mailing label with step-by-step instructions on how to return your items. A discounted return label cost of $8.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
All eligible returns/exchanges must:
1. Be in a clean, unworn condition, and free of pet hair, cigarette smoke, or debris
2. Include Original Manufacturer Tag(s)
3. Include all original parts and accessories, such as batteries and cables
4. Must be returned within 30 days.
