What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for items in new condition — new and in original packaging with manufacturer tags. We will not accept returns postmarked after 30 days. Initial shipping fees are not refunded.
To begin, visit our Returns & Exchange Center; you'll need your order number. Once approved, you'll receive a pre-paid mailing label with instructions.
What condition do items need to be in?
All eligible returns/exchanges must:
- Be in clean, unworn condition, free of pet hair, cigarette smoke, or debris
- Include original tags and all original parts and accessories, such as batteries and cables
- Be returned within 30 days
- Include free gifts with purchase — otherwise the full retail value (MSRP) of the free item is deducted from your refund
Up to a 20% restocking fee applies to items returned damaged or missing parts, batteries, or accessories. Please try items on carefully, as all items must be returned new, unused, and unaltered.
Do you accept returns from Canada?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items in new condition with original tags. Canadian customers are responsible for shipping, brokerage/customs charges, and returns.
I bought from another retailer. Can you help?
If you purchased from a third-party dealer, retailer, website, or distributor, please contact them directly. We're unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website.
Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
We're unable to cancel orders once they've been placed. Orders transfer immediately to one of our fulfillment centers. While we'll try to assist with changes, we can't guarantee modifications once an order is submitted. Please check all order details before submitting — customers are responsible for any fees associated with incorrect products, addresses, or billing information.
Price Match
Do you offer a price match?
Spotted a better deal on our website soon after your purchase? We'll price match current advertised prices within 7 days of your original order. To qualify, the exact product, size, and color you purchased must still be in stock and available. Contact us with your Order # and a team member will assist. Shipping is excluded from price match adjustments.
The following do not qualify: prices after coupon codes, items marked "Final Sale," products that included a gift with purchase (such as a free battery), and Amazon.com or any other website.
Gift Recipients
I received this as a gift. How do I return it?
We require an email or ZIP code, and an order number or tracking number for all returns or exchanges. If you're a gift recipient, please reach out to the original purchaser for the order number if necessary. Note that monetary refunds are applied to the original purchaser's payment method.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
We gladly support a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturer defects on all products purchased from an authorized Venture Heat dealer. For a warranty request, first submit a Warranty Request. Items received without a warranty request are not accepted and will be discarded without warning. See our warranty page for full details.
