How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $35 (excluding Dive + Surf category items) qualify for USA FREE GROUND SHIPPING.

    • Orders must be placed by 10am PST to start processing the same day
    • Please allow an additional 2-3 days for orders placed during product launches or sales
    • Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days of placing your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate of $7.99 nationwide.

Heated diving undersuits have a shipping cost of $15 nationwide, which includes signature upon delivery.

Shipping to Canada is calcuated at checkout by UPS.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not currently offer options for expedited shipping.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days of placing your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to Canada at this time.

Can I make a change to my order?

Once your online order is confirmed, it is immediately transmitted to our fulfillment center for processing. Due to this reason, we may not be able to cancel or change your order. Please note an address change or cancellation request is not guaranteed until one of our team members has confirmed your request has been processed.

Venture Heat is not responsible if an incorrect/incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout. Venture Heat is NOT responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-routing an order, and customers will be responsible for contacting the carrier.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take between 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam / promotions / junk folder.

My package was lost or stolen. What do I do?

Venture Heat is not responsible for lost or stolen items if FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) can confirm delivery at the address provided. If the tracking number confirms your package was delivered and you have not received it, please initiate a lost package claim for the appropriate carrier associated with your tracking number:
