The Innovation Timeline
Founded as +VENTURE in the living room of a modest Venice Beach, California bungalow.
Introduced the industry's first lithium-ion battery powered heated vest. Featured in SkyMall Magazine and on HGTV's “I Want That”.
Designed the industry-setting standard of tri-zone heating bonded panels — a lightweight design that improved durability, longevity, and the safety of heated clothing.
Created the very first 12V Micro-Alloy Fiber flexible heating panels, cutting the weight of traditional motorcycle heated clothing in half. Also launched America's first rechargeable battery heated gloves.
Rebranded the line to VENTURE HEAT. The entire outerwear collection was completely redesigned from the ground up.
Launched the world's first Portable Far Infrared Ray Heat Therapy product line, powered by a single lightweight lithium-ion battery.
Introduced a completely redesigned Grand Touring Heated Motorcycle line with wireless remote control — still our most popular product for many motorcyclists today.
Another world's first: our Heated Baselayer — stretchy, super lightweight, and thin enough to wear incognito under regular clothes.
Venture Heat expands and moves to Huntington Beach, California.
We design and create the very first 5V USB battery powered heated apparel.
By popular demand, we introduce the Motorcycle Duo Hybrid Heated Vest, powered by both your bike and a 12V portable battery bank.
We expand again to a state-of-the-art facility in Los Alamitos, California — still our home today. Walk-in customers welcome Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST.
Our Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pain Relief series launches, featuring carbon fiber far infrared heat technology for deeper, more productive healing.
We venture into surf and dive with our Waterproof Heated Diving Suit — totally waterproof and saltwater safe to 100m depths. Summer 2020 brought the WindTech Fan Cooling Vest, the world's first portable battery-powered fan vest.
Our V2 heated dive suit is upgraded and released. We also introduce HeatSync™, the world's first Bluetooth app-controlled heated apparel — with the manual option still there.
Our full heated apparel lineup gets a facelift and the HeatSync™ treatment, enabling micro heat-adjustments from mid-layers to outerwear. Our completely redesigned V3 heated dive suit launches in December.
A new era is born as JustBrand Limited acquires Venture Heat. JBL is the leader in the battery heated clothing category and will bring a refresh to the entire Venture Heat brand
