How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $50 qualify for USA free ground shipping. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days, and ground shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 business days. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $4.99 nationwide.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is available for $9.99 domestically, and $60 to Canada.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately transferred to one of our fulfillment centers, so please be sure to check all order details before submitting your order.

We are unable to cancel, edit, or re-route orders once they have been placed. This includes shipping and billing address details. Customers are responsible for any fees or issues associated with incorrect products ordered, incorrect addresses, or billing information.

Can I change my shipping address or delivery date?

All orders are processed instantly by our automated system, so once your order is placed we cannot make changes to your shipping address.

As with most online retailers, we use third-party carriers and cannot change scheduled delivery dates or reroute packages. Please be sure someone is available to receive your package around 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships from our fulfillment warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you didn't receive your tracking email, please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
