Does this work with any usb power bank?
As of September 2019, we have upgraded our batteries to a 7.4 Volt battery for greater energy efficiency. The USB port on these 7.4 Volt batteries do not power the jacket, but is available for charging other devices, such as your smartphone or digital camera, etc.
Do I need to press the power button on the battery pack itself before I can turn on the jacket
As of our 2019 update, simply plugging in your battery will allow you to turn on the jacket. The battery's button can be used to check the remaining battery level, or turn on the mini flashlight.
Where is the battery pocket located? Inside the lower section or inside the chest area?
The battery pocket is located on the lower left hand side of the jacket, with a zipper closure and USB plug for the battery USB port.
Can I wear this on an airplane?
The coat is fine on its own however check with your local TSA about the lithium battery.
Is it safe to wear this while riding a snowmobile or skiing?
It is completely safe to wear our venture heat clothing while enjoying any outdoor activities in any weather conditions.
