Common questions
Does the app work with all Venture Heat gear?
The app is compatible only with our Bluetooth-compatible gear. You can view the full HeatSync collection here.
Can I control multiple items with one app?
Yes. Pair all your gear with the app, then select the item you want to adjust.
Why is my gear not connecting?
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on before pairing, and hold your phone within 12 inches of the gear during setup. Toggling Bluetooth off and back on resolves most connection issues.
