    Cycle through the 4 temperature settings to dial in the perfect micro-climate for you as you need it, when you need it the entire duration of your ride.

    The heated jacket liner also comes with a wireless remote. To begin using the wireless remote controller kit, start by plugging in the receiver into the powerbox located in the jacket liner.  Once plugged in, turn on the remote first by holding the button down until it lights up.  Install the mounting bracket on the left handlebar away from your vehicle’s throttle control for added safety.

    After the controller lights up, you can now turn on the jacket and begin changing heat settings with the wireless remote.  Change settings by clicking on the button located on the wireless remote.  The heated jacket liner is best used by either solely using the remote or using the controller on the jacket itself.

    **After purchasing an extra remote controller or receiver please follow these step to pair to clothing:

      1. Plug in and power on heated clothing
      2. On the USB port, plug in receiver (RC-7) into controller unit
      3. Press and hold power button for about 10 to 15 seconds until you hear "Beep, Beep”
      4. Click the new remote one time (R-12) and you will hear “Beep, Beep”
      5. They are now paired

    VENTURE HEAT warrants to our customers of the heated electronic component free from manufacturing defect for ONE (1) YEAR and a period of SIX (6) MONTHS for the lithium-ion battery from the initial date of purchase from an authorized VENTURE HEAT dealer.

    This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from us or an authorized dealer is required for warranty service. Damage to the heating system and parts resulting from accidental fire, flood, misuse, unauthorized service or negligence as outlined herein will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover commercial use.
    Wear & tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under this warranty. Under no circumstances will VENTURE HEAT or the manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty.


    1. How do I take care of my battery?
    For continued performance, the battery must be fully charged before use, storage, and once every 3 months of storage thereafter.

    2. What is the best way to clean my heated clothing?
    Remove the battery, hand wash or machine wash( in washing bag) in cold water. Do not twist or wring. Hang dry only.

    3.  How long will the battery last while in use?
    Normally(20℃/68℉), the battery will last approximately 6-8 hours on low, 4-5 hours on medium, or 2-3 hours on high.

    4. What affect the working hours?
    The temperature of the operational environment, the heating level you select.

    5.  How long will my battery take to fully charge?
    From empty, the battery will take roughly 8 hours to fully charge. 

    6. What style should I pick?

    To ensure Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 12 noon Pacific time Monday-Friday. Orders received after 12 noon Pacific time will not be processed and shipped until the following business day, orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

    About Our Returns Policies

    Our goal is make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may call us and return the product within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may try to contact the manufacturer directly. Please refer to the original manufacturer for warranty or service issues.

    Returned product must be new, unused and contain all original packaging in parts. Please note, that due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on pet products, bedding products, personal care products and seat/support cushions. Any product that has been misused or that shows signs of extensive use will not be returned or exchanged.

    Returning a product that is not in acceptable condition may result in the forfeiture of the product.

    Discounted and promotional items are final sale items, and cannot be returned. Exchanges only.

    If you received a free or special promotional item it must also be returned for refund.

    There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns, and shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.

    Requirement to clean the item(s), missing components, existence of an odor of cigarette/cigar smoke or animal hair/dander may result in additional fees or negate our ability to provide a refund or exchange.

    Please note that to return an item, you must call to retrieve an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). In many cases, you will need to return the product to the manufacturer’s address and include information given to you by the customer service representative.     Refund Process

    PlusHeat will issue a full refund minus any shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. This refund will be process as soon as we have confirmed the item has been received and processed. Although rare, this may take up to 15 business days.
