Shipping Information

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from two to eight full business days for US domestic shipments, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

A tracking number will be sent along with your confirmation email so you can check your order’s progress.

Products are packaged with their own product packaging and placed in a secure shipping box. All items are packaged and delivered according to standards determined by FedEx. The shipment box will include a shipping label and packing slip from The packing slip will indicate the item that was ordered and company information for customer service.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Orders are priced based on shipping weight, product dimensions and your delivery zip code. Shipping charges that are computed during checkout are estimates, and are subject to correction.

Orders received past 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

Our default shipping service is with FedEx. Please check with FedEx with delivery times. 

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s) (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method). Shipping costs depend on the items you order, the geographic shipping location, and the shipping method you select. Shipping charges that are computed during checkout are estimates, and are subject to correction.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the product dimension and the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges for an individual item. You will be provided with the estimated shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery in the checkout process.

Orders are shipped on business days only.

We maintain inventory on most products, but due to the number of items, volatility of demand and vendor production schedules it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will have each and every individual item in stock when an order is received. Orders for in stock items are processed on a "first come, first served basis" based upon the date and time received.

For in stock items we normally ship orders paid for by credit card on the business day they are received; weekend orders for in stock items received from noon Pacific time on Friday through noon Pacific time on Monday normally ship on Tuesday.

You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

We are able ship internationally, but only to Canada. There will be an additional $35.00 freight charge via USPS First Class service mail for packages under 3lbs. 

Shipping Refunds

These are some of the emails you may expect to receive from us:

"Your order has been received" - This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.

"Your order has shipped" - This email confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

"Important notice about your order" - There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order.

Sales Tax

State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. The current sales tax is set at 8.25%.
