Venture Heat Policies


You may also call us at (310) 412-1070 or send an email to service@ventureheat.com.  Please include your name, contact information, the product you have, what service you are requesting, along with your Sales Number if you have it available and the problem you are encountering.  The more information you are able to provide the better we can quickly service your issue.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

After you have viewed your invoice, your order begins to be processed within the same business day.  To change or cancel your order before shipment, please call 310-412-1070 to see if it is possible to stop the shipment prior the order being processed.  Please keep in mind that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within just minutes.  If your order has already entered the shipping process, we regret to inform you that changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

If you still wish to change your ordered items at this point, you have to go through our RMA procedure to facilitate the exchange.  Remember items that are clearly used or soiled will not be eligible for cancellation and/or exchange.  You, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges on refused orders, with the exception of damaged merchandise.  Orders canceled or refused after they have been shipped will be treated as a return.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare chance that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through email: or by calling 310-412-1070.  Please have your order number ready when you call.


Lost during transit

Normally, a tracking number will be sent to you via email after the order has been processed.  If you cannot locate the package delivered to you but the tracking number from www.fedex.com shows the items had been delivered, please contact Customer Service immediately to file a lost claim immediately.


Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system for different reasons including:

  • Item(s) not available (back ordered or discontinued)
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Order duplication
  • Canceled due to a customer request

If your order is canceled, you will receive a notice via email explaining the reason for the cancellation.  You will not be billed for any canceled or back-ordered items.  If you are interested in alternative products, kindly email us at order@ventureheat.com for a recommendation.


Replacement Terms

It is our policy to only send a replacement for your identified, credited and processed returned items.  In some cases, we reserve the right at our discretion, to send you a replacement for items deemed defective even before we received the defective items in question.  Please review our RMA procedure for more clarifications.  We must receive the original purchased item prior to shipping you a replacement item. In addition, please take note that we can only replace the exact item and version that you ordered.


Return for refund

VentureHeat will only accept new & unused items returned for refund within 30 days of purchase.  If an item was purchased form a authorized online dealer or retailer, please contact that specific reseller for refund.  A refund will be issued after the item had been received and inspected by a VentureHeat representative.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping*, handling, 20% restocking fee, or other charges.  Items returned but not in compliance with this return policy may be returned to you at your expense.


Shipping Cost in the case of returns...

VentureHeat will deduct the actual shipping and handling cost from any return that originally received Free Shipping.  Our Customer Service will inform you on the shipping cost.  You, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on refused orders, with the exception of damaged shipments. This includes both the outbound and return shipping and handling charges.


Returning an Item for refund

Should you by any chance wish to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to do so.  After this time, all sales are considered final and all items are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.  Applicable freight will be deducted from the refund.


Qualifying for a Refund

Please take note that all returned items must be in new, unused and sellable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.  It should include all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.  If an item is purchased from VentureHeat resaler or 3rd party website, contact the dealer for refund.

DUE TO PERSONAL WELLNESS CONCERNS, VENTUREHEAT DOES NOT ACCEPT SOILED OR USED PRODUCT RETURNS.  VentureHeat is not obliged to accept returned items in damaged, soiled and/or used condition with missing parts.  Opened items are subject to inspection before they will be considered sellable.  In some special cases, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued on an item that does not fully meet the return policy criteria.  In this event, we reserve the right to reject the RMA Request.


Shipping Address Policy

It is our policy to refuse any orders that are indicated to be sent to PO Boxes or military base.  FedEx, our shipping carrier, will not be able to deliver any orders to Post Office Boxes.  Please provide us with a complete and deliverable physical address to prevent any future delays on your order.  Also please be aware that a shipping address may or may not be the same as your credit card billing address.  Please make sure that the shipping address is clearly indicated in your order to prevent any future delays and confusion in your order.

Shouldn’t the address bar show https:// rather than http:// Doesn’t the ‘s’ at the end mean it is a secure connection?

We use https:// only for our secure pages, i.e. those pages that transfer confidential information such as the Login, My Account, and Checkout pages. Pages that are only used for products or blogs will still use the regular http:// since no sensitive information is being passed through them.

Can I save my payment information on the site?
